The rates are inclusive of the following:

- All Accommodation on the vessel
- GST at 16% and Service Charge at 10%
- Diving (Tanks and weights only)*
- Full board meal plan (Breakfast, lunch and dinner, if more than 10 guests - Buffet Style will be served)
- Cruising in Male’, Ari and Vaavu Atolls only
- Selection of tea and coffee
- Services of the crew and use of all onboard amenities
- Daily cabin cleaning
- Visits to local and deserted islands
- 1 Beach BBQ with full setup (subject to weather*)
- Use of extensive onboard water sports equipment excluding Jetskis.
- WiFi
- Meeting and greeting service at the airport
- Transfer of all charter guests to Safira

Rate does not include the following:

• Onboard consumption of alcoholic beverages, fresh fruit juices and other special
  order items will need to be paid onboard prior to disembarkation.
  - Pre ordered Alcohol will need to be paid for prior to embarkation.
  - Green Tax (USD 6 per person per night is imposed by the government of Maldives
  and payable onboard at the start of the charter)
  - Additional dive gear rental
  - Additional Diving Instructor - $150 per night - prior notice required
  - SCUBA Certification Courses (Charged based on course)
  - Usage of Jet ski will be charged at $350 per day per Jet ski
  - SPA Therapist -$400 per day (Prior notice required and only for charters with
  maximum of 18 guests).

Additional Requirements:

- Diving Medical Insurance is required to take part in diving. It is the responsibility of each client to ensure they have the required insurance documents and certifications.
- It is the responsibility of the main charterer to ensure that all guests on the charter follow the onboard rules and regulations. The captain has the right to warn any guest against any action that may cause harm to the vessel, the crew or anyone onboard.
- If the guests do not follow the guidance provided by the captain, he has the right to remove anyone to the nearest port of call and end the charter.
Attention: All exclusive services provided onboard and agreed extra services listed in annex of this contract will include 10% service charge and 16% GST. All additional onboard expenses are to be paid onboard prior to departure.
- In case of an early departure (before SAFIRA arrives in Hulhumale’ Area) or late arrival (after SAFIRA leaves Hulhumale’ Area), the client will be required to pay for additional transfers.
