Reservations procedures:
Deposit of 30% of total invoice value should be paid at the time of confirmation. Balance payment required 30 days prior to client’s arrival. If bookings received within 30 days of arrival, then full payment should be made at time of confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
- Upon confirmation - 30% of total invoice value
- 30 days before arrival - 100% of total invoice value
- No shows & early departures - 100% of total invoice value
