CHARTER/TRIP TYPES

SURFING

Unlimited surfing, Full board meals, Dhoni OR Dingy transfers from the boat to the surf breaks and back. Surf guide can be arranged for an extra charge of US$ 90 per day.

FISHING

Full board meals. Separate Dhoni or Dingy. Basic fishing equipment provided with advance booking requests. (This does not include the gears and equipment used for professional fishing trips).

DIVING

2 to 3 dives per day, tank, weight, weight belt, local dive guide, and separate diving boat provided.

PAYMENT POLICY

Please make your payment by bank transfer to our USD account and add all bank charges.

• Add US$ 40 for transfer from below US$ 5,000
• Add US$ 50 for transfer from US$ 5,001 to 10,000
• Add US$ 70 for transfer from US$ 10,001 to 30,000

30% non-refundable deposit for each booking is required within 10 working days from the date of confirmation. Balance payment is required within one month prior to the cruise.

Early departures or cancellations made on arrival will not be refunded.

Any refunds are subject to approval by the company based on reasonable cases. Refund amount shall not exceed the rate charged by the company to clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation will be charged as per following details:

• If cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the total invoice value will be charged.
• No-shows, Late Arrivals and Early Departures will be charged 100%.
• 30% non-refundable deposit for each booking is.

Cancellation must be informed to us in writing via email and must obtain cancelation acknowledgement from us in writing.

Date changes with due to a significant reason such as Covid-19 travel restriction or flight unavailability will be allowed only one time. Further date changes will not be allowed.

RESERVATIONS AND ROOMING LISTS

All reservations communication under this Agreement shall be in written via email.

The final rooming list for each charter booking must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the charter and should include full names, passport number, arrival/ departure flight details and any special requirements of individual guest.

CONFIDENTIALITY & OFFER ACCEPTANCE

All rates, terms and conditions are strictly confidential and should not be disclosed to any other parties. This contract is invalidated if there are any alterations, amendments that are not confirmed and counter signed by both parties.

One of the signed and sealed copies of this contract should be returned within 15 days to confirm acceptance of all rates terms and conditions. This contract will expire automatically if not returned within 15 days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are net.
• Rates are inclusive of prevailing government taxes (12% TGST & US$6 per person per day Green Tax).
• Rate is not including insurance for guest health. Guest should take their own required travel/health insurance in order to cover an incidental expense relating to Covid-19.
• Rates are applicable for South/North Male’ Atoll Only. Additional charges will be applied for other atolls-Refer to “Additional Tour Operations & Tariffs”.
• Trip itinerary is based on customer request to provide the best experience for the guest. However, weather permitting changes would be done as guest, crew and boat safety is our top priority.
• All rates are subject to change according to increase/decrease in fuel market price, revaluation of local currency and change of government taxes.
• In the unlikely the liveaboard is unavailable due to an overbooking, boat accident, or quarantine reason then the company will do its best endeavors to provide such clients with similar or better accommodation failing which the booking payment will be refunded.
