TERMS & CONDITIONS

• a.) All prices are given in United States Dollars (US$) per room per night basis, except for the Full Charter rate which is on a per night basis inclusive of 20 persons
• b.) Rates are including TGST, excluding mandatory Green Tax of US $6 per person per night
• e.) Charter prices are for a maximum of 20 passengers only. For extra passengers and third person in a triple cabin shall have a supplement

• Hanifaru Bay: USD 500 per trip inclusive of all taxes
• Thaa & Meemu Atolls: USD 1,000 per trip inclusive of all taxes

• Southern Atolls / Northern : USD 3,000 per trip inclusive of all taxes

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

• a.) Standard Check-in time is 1300hrs
• b.) Standard Check-out time is 0800hrs

BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

• a.) 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation to be paid within 7 days upon  confirmation.
• b.) Remaining 70% or final payment shall be made not less than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• c.) If the booking is made less than 60 days to the arrival date 100% of the payment shall be made in order to confirm the booking.
• d.) All reservations and inquiries should be made in writing, via email.
• e.) All reservations are subject to written confirmation, on an availability basis - unless otherwise agreed.
• f.) All bookings shall be confirmed with Guest name passport no., Nationality, Arrival/Departure date, Arrival/Departure flight number & time

CANCELLATION POLICY

• a.) From 91 days to the arrival date – No cancellation charge/only non-refundable deposits shall be charged.
• b.) 90 to 61 days to the arrival date – 50% of the full invoice value shall be charged.
• c.) 60 to 00 days to the arrival date – 100% of the full invoice value shall be charged.
• d.) No shows and Early Departures – 100% of the full invoice value shall be charged.

PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIRED INFORMATION (AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL):

• a.) Complete Flight details (flight no., date & time)
• b.) Passport Copy (passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel)
• c.) Current Diving Qualification & approx. No. of dives logged (for divers)
• d.) Insurance details (name of insurer, policy number, emergency telephone number)
• e.) Emergency contact details (name, telephone number)
• f.) Any dietary requirements, if needed and other special requests

DIVING QUALIFICATIONS (for divers)

You will be required to present your qualification card and recent logbooks upon check-in onto the vessel.
