Maldiviana is a well-established Maldivian liveaboard with more than two decades of experience exploring the archipelago. Built in 2002 and fully renovated in 2025, she combines a classic liveaboard character with comfortable accommodation and a practical setup designed around diving. At 26.9 metres long and 8.15 metres wide, she accommodates up to 16 guests in seven cabins of various configurations, with an experienced crew of 11 on board.
Maldiviana cabins have personal names like Manta or Napoleon; interiors are stylish, with white walls and wooden panels, and bright bed throws create a cozy atmosphere. Public spaces are well thought out and comfortable, according to the Maldivian Charter Club guests’ experience. Between dives, one can relax in the air-conditioned lounge, watch TV, or enjoy the entertainment system and karaoke. The restaurant serves a varied selection of European and local dishes, while the sun deck provides an open-air space for relaxing and taking in the Maldivian scenery. Three meals a day, as well as water, tea and coffee, are part of the onboard experience.
Diving is at the heart of life aboard Maldiviana. Guests dive from a dedicated dhoni, keeping the main yacht quieter and leaving more space on board for relaxation between dives. Nitrox is available, while the diving setup also supports DIN regulators and sidemount diving. Depending on the itinerary, Maldiviana explores some of the Maldives’ most sought-after areas, including the Malé, Ari and Felidhoo Atolls. Divers can encounter manta rays, whale sharks, turtles, barracuda, tuna and other reef life, with the itineraries tailored to the season and local conditions.
With her intimate size, dedicated dive dhoni and well-established routes through the Maldivian atolls, Maldiviana is particularly well suited to divers who value a relaxed atmosphere, comfortable accommodation and a genuine focus on exploring the underwater world.
