I have been working in the tourism sector for over 15 years. I started out as a manager and tour guide, so I have a thorough understanding of the tourism industry from the inside – from the organisational side, the guiding side, and as a traveller myself. I have visited over 40 countries, which enables me to better understand clients’ expectations and offer well-thought-out solutions. My aim in my work is to help people discover the world and find trips that truly suit them. I love the mountains and the sea: I feel confident on the ski slopes, in the mountains and at sea. Active leisure is an important part of my life and a source of energy. In my work, I pay close attention to detail, strive to build trusting relationships with clients and support the team. I believe it is important not only to organise a trip to a high standard, but also to ensure comfort at every stage of the journey. I am responsible for building and developing our client base, automating communications and improving service quality; I help the team work more effectively so that every trip is as personalised and well-planned as possible.
