A 20% deposit is required within 10 days of confirmation to secure the booking.
The remaining 80% balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required within 10 days of confirmation.
120+ to 60 days prior to departure: Full amount held as credit for a future trip
59 to 0 days prior to departure: 20% of the total booking value is non-refundable, with the remaining 80% issued as credit for a future trip
All credits issued are valid for up to 18 months from the original departure date.
For full charter or group bookings (6 pax or more), cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will incur:
30% of the total charter value is charged as a cancellation fee.
For full charter or group bookings (6 pax or more), cancellations made less than 90 to 79 days prior to departure will incur:
40% of the total charter value charged as a cancellation fee, and 60% issued as a credit note
For full charter or group bookings (6 pax or more), cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure will incur:
50% of the total charter value charged as a cancellation fee, and 50% issued as a credit note
All credits issued are valid for up to 18 months from the original departure date.
Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability and rate differences at the time of rebooking.

The Carpe Novo accommodated up to 22 passengers in 12 comfortable cabins of different standards, divided over 3 decks: Junior suit, Single suite and Standard cabin.

All cabins have individually controlled AC, safety deposit boxes, life jackets and TV screens connected to central media system and their own private bathrooms. The electricity voltage on board is of 220V and the plugs are of multinational type.

4 Standard cabins (Turtle, Dolphin, Barracuda and Napoleon) with one queen size bed and a single bed, are situated on the lower deck.
