Outrigger Maldives Maafushivaru Resort is located in the southern part of Ari Atoll, surrounded by clear waters with a coral reef, white soft sand and lush vegetation. It offers beach and overwater villas, a spa and gym, restaurants and bars. The hotel has an outdoor pool with a children's section.
Guests can go diving, snorkeling and fishing.
There is a SPA complex, a PADI diving center, a water sports center and a tour desk.
In 2020, all the buildings of the hotel were demolished and the resort was rebuilt. Under the Outrigger brand, the hotel has been operating since April 2022.
Resort guests use the TMA Airlines Business Lounge at Male International Airport, for a comfortable transfer wait. The lounge has complimentary wi-fi, tea, coffee and refreshments.
