Hamathi is a great option for a small groups. It is an amazing surf charter boat. Celebrating 20 years of surf charters in the Maldives, Hamathi is well known and much loved. Experienced surfers love to travel to the Maldives to score quality waves in the peak season, while intermediate short board and long board surfers will find long, fun, peeling rights and lefts. Hamathi gets you onto your perfect wave guaranteed.
Hamathi Surf Charter comfortably accommodates 8 surfers, but also available for 10 guests. Five separate spacious, air-conditioned twin cabins all with an ensuite shower & toilet, each bed has its own reading light.
In the outside dining area, you can watch the surf while eating your meals and plan your next surf stop. A lounge area with TV, DVD and stereo for your entertainment, full bar facilities, 2 sundecks for chilling and plenty of rack space for your board storage.
The captain of Hamathi Surf Charter has life experience, total control of the safari, he is supported by a second in charge, boat boy, and a full-time chef. We have the most experienced, English speaking guide in the Maldives, with over 18 years surf guide experience chasing uncrowded waves in Maldives. You can be confident that the local crew knows the area extensively.
Meals on the boats are all-you-can-eat and are a mixture of Maldivian, Sri Lankan, and western dishes. For the free of surfing time we provide snorkeling equipment and some basic fishing gear. Furthermore we can arrange diving on request.
Saloon. Comfortable sitting area with maximum capacity of 14 people provided with television.
Bar. A well stocked bar with beer, wines, premiums liquors and cool drinks. Every passenger has an open tab for order which can be paid during the last day of the trip
Dining. Menu is served according to guest preference either international, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Japanese, local Maldivian food or combination. Dining table: indoor has 8 seater dining table and outdoor has 12 seater dining table.
Sun Deck. Enjoy the sun shine in the upper deck. Relax and have fun in the covered quarter deck. Provided with mats, chairs and tables.
Safety. Fire alarm, Fire Detector, Fire Extinguisher, Life jackets, Life Raft, Emergency evacuation plan, First Aid kit.
