MV Haira is a 28 metre safari boat accommodating 14 guests complementing them with seven spacious cabins. All cabins are with attached modern toilets with shower and hot water.
Haira was built for the 2007 season. She has been refurbished in 2016 and 2020. It is spacious with a lounge, a bar and a large sun deck. MV Haira also has a living space on the second deck for entertainment.
Haira has spacious 3 levels of rooms & entertaining areas. There is a restaurant, bar & lounge – with a state-of-the-artentertainment system including large flat screen TV, DVD player, andconnection for your iPod/iPhone. On the next level there is a funky disco bar with dance floor & open terrace/sunset deck. For those keen on soaking up the rays there are sundecks out the front on the second level and out on the roof.
Haira has 6 crew including the skipper and chef and a dhoni crew of 3. The captain and crew are all very experienced and experts in safaris in the Maldives. The crew are all local Maldivians so know the area extensively and passengers can be confident of their skills & expertise. Great crews and service. The chef prepares delicious meals, as you like, especially your freshly caught fish with a good selection of wines.
This is a modern and well kept boat which is recommend to anyone looking for surfing vacation in full comfort. The surf guide on Haira is also a qualified and experienced westerner who will look after passengers on the boat and get them to their preferred choice of waves. This boat has hosted a variety of pro surfers and surf industry personalities with glowing reviews.
