A 20% deposit is required within 10 days of confirmation to secure the booking.
The remaining 80% balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required within 10 days of confirmation.
120+ to 60 days prior to departure: Full amount held as credit for a future trip
59 to 0 days prior to departure: 20% of the total booking value is non-refundable, with the remaining 80% issued as credit for a future trip
All credits issued are valid for up to 18 months from the original departure date.
For full charter or group bookings (6 pax or more), cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will incur:
30% of the total charter value is charged as a cancellation fee.
For full charter or group bookings (6 pax or more), cancellations made less than 90 to 79 days prior to departure will incur:
40% of the total charter value charged as a cancellation fee, and 60% issued as a credit note
For full charter or group bookings (6 pax or more), cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure will incur:
50% of the total charter value charged as a cancellation fee, and 50% issued as a credit note
All credits issued are valid for up to 18 months from the original departure date.
Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability and rate differences at the time of rebooking.
The Carpe Diem has 10 comfortable cabins of different standards on the 3 decks. Cabin types are: suite – 1, deluxe – 1, double – 2 and standard – 6.
Upper Deck: 1 Suite cabin and 1 Deluxe cabin.
Main Deck: 2 DBL cabins.
Lower Deck: 6 DBL/TWIN cabins.
All cabins have individually controlled AC, safety deposit boxes, life jackets and their own private bathroom with toilet and hot water shower. The electricity voltage onboard is 220V, and the plugs are 3 pin UK type.
1 Suite cabin with ocean view and a king-size bed.
1 Deluxe STAR cabin with ocean view and a queen-size double bed.
2 DBL cabins with queen-size double beds.
6 standard cabins, 4 of which are very spacious, with a queen double bed and a bunk bed; the 2 other standard cabins, SMILE and SNORKEL, each have a single bed and a single bunk bed and can only take twin sharing occupancy.
1 suite cabin SUN on the upper deck, very spacious, with over 20 m2 in size. The suite has a king-size bed, a wide flat screen TV, plus a DVD/MP3 player and an ample closet plus storage space. The 5 windows give a beautiful view of the sea.
1 Deluxe STAR cabin is situated on the upper deck opposite the suite. It is also big, with a queen-size double bed, flat screen TV plus DVD/MP3 player, hanging closet and 3 windows overlooking the ocean.
2 DBL cabins on the main deck: SEA and SAND. They are a little smaller than the deluxe cabin on the upper deck and the standard cabins on the lower deck. They have queen-size double beds, a dresser, a hanging closet and a window view.
Other amenities are TV plus DVD/MP3 players. Cabins can be taken for couples or single occupancy.
6 standard cabins, SALSA, SCUBA, SURF, SMILE, SNORKEL and SKI are located on the cabin deck below the main deck. 4 of these standard cabins are very spacious, having a queen double bed and a bunk bed. The 2 other standard cabins, SMILE and SNORKEL, each have a single bed and a single bunk bed and can only take twin sharing occupancy.
All standard cabins have portholes, a dresser, hanging closet. These rooms are comfortable with a private bathroom attached to each cabin.
