Assidha is more than a typical dive cruise yacht, she is a cozy, intimate houseboat designed for those seeking freedom of travel, adventure, and communion with nature without the formality. In the Maldives, she is especially prized as a surf charter and island cruise with a vibe of combining activities and atmosphere – where you can surf, snorkel, dive, explore islands, and simply live to the rhythm of the ocean.
Assidha is the traditional Maldivian name for the weather phenomenon of the southwest monsoon, the first nakai of the Hulhangu season. Maldivians believe that getting wet in this rain will bring good fortune, and with it, renewal. It's precisely this tradition and connection with nature that is felt onboard, manifested in every day.
Assidha is a mid-size yacht, measuring 27 x 10 meters. It is stable, spacious, and designed for inter-atoll travel in all sea conditions.
Assidha comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests. But the journey may start with seven only. Seven air-conditioned cabins with en-suite bathrooms are featured: five double cabins with an additional single berth on the lower deck, and two ocean-view cabins on the upper deck.
Assidha is designed to ensure every guest feels at ease across her three-deck space. A spacious sundeck with sun loungers is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the sunset; a cozy lounge with a bar, music, TV, and comfortable sofas; and a dining area with a buffet offering Western and Eastern dishes, fresh juices, tea, and coffee. Local Maldivian dishes are part of the menu, and a well-stocked bar plays an important role in evening gatherings on deck.
The atmosphere on Assidha resembles a cozy floating camp with a soul, where people relax together but still have space for privacy. Assidha is not a traditional liveaboard, but rather an ocean adventure with several chapters: diving or surfing in the morning, snorkeling in the afternoon, barbecues, and sunsets in the evening. This diversity has been appreciated by Maldivian Charter Club guests who have been on board.
Assidha's main draw is freedom of choice and a relaxed travel atmosphere: private dive safaris, surf cruises, island cruises, customized programs and schedules, including family tours, honeymoons, and incentives.

Payment Policy
A deposit of 25% of the total price becomes due
within 10 working days from the date of confirmation
invoice.
Once the deposit has been credited to our bank
account, you will receive a booking confirmation.
Balance payment of 75% is due at the latest 30
(thirty) days prior to the commencement of the trip. If
full payment of the balance is not received by this
date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and
retain the deposit.
Where bookings are made 30 (thirty) days or less
prior to the start of a trip, 100% of the total booking
price is required. In such case, payment is due
immediately after receipt of the confirmation invoice.
For a payment received after due date, the
outstanding balance will automatically incur a penalty
of 5%.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation more than 90
(ninety) days prior to the date of the
commencement of the trip, all amounts
already paid will be refunded minus
government or bank charges.
In case of cancellation less than 90 (ninety)
days prior to the date of the
commencement of the trip, deposit will be
forfeited.
In case of cancellation less than 45 (forty
five)) days prior to the date of the
commencement of the trip, the cancellation
charge is deposit plus 25% of the total
booking price.
In case of cancellation less than 15 (fifteen)
days prior to the date of the
commencement of the trip, the cancellation
charge is deposit plus 50% of the total
booking price.
In case of no show at the date and time of the
commencement of the trip, we are authorised to
cancel the booking without any refund.

Assidha accommodates 19 guests in 7 cabins; 5 in the lower deck and 2 on the upper deck.
All cabins in the lower deck are with one double bed and a single bed.
Cabins on the upper deck are, with one double bed and one twin sharing.
All the rooms are equipped with attached bathrooms, Air Conditioning, etc. The average sizes of the cabins are approximately 8 square meters.
