Maldives Legend – Odyssey is a yacht where guests don’t simply go on a dive safari – they embark on a journey across the Maldives. Her name sets the tone for an expedition-style experience: you can feel the spirit of routes, crossings, and ever-changing locations.
Built in 2022, Maldives Legend – Odyssey features a full fiberglass hull with a modern design and contemporary interiors. She is a 30-meter, three-deck yacht offering everything needed for a comfortable stay, with ample space for up to 22 guests. Relaxation areas are thoughtfully arranged: spacious lounging zones can be found at the bow and stern of the main deck, as well as on the upper deck aft. Stylish yacht furniture in light wood tones – sun loungers, low tables, and armchairs with soft cushions – creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the sun deck also features a jacuzzi.
Maldives Legend – Odyssey accommodates 11 cabins, all functional and comfortable, designed in warm, understated wooden interiors. Each cabin comes with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. There is no excessive luxury, but everything is in place for a restful stay after a full day of activities. The lower deck offers cozy family cabins, while the upper deck cabins feature large windows with stunning ocean views. The social areas invite interaction: the saloon, open decks, and lounge spaces naturally bring people together. This is a yacht where a true “team spirit” forms – guests easily connect, share stories, and exchange impressions after dives.
Dining on board Maldives Legend – Odyssey is simple and enjoyable, with fresh ingredients and a relaxed “at sea” atmosphere.
Diving is at the heart of the experience. Up to three dives per day are conducted from the spacious dhoni Eclipse. The itineraries strike a thoughtful balance between iconic, well-known dive sites and less crowded locations, covering not only the central atolls but also the north, including Hanifaru Bay, where guests can witness the famous gathering of giant manta rays known as Manta Madness, as well as the remote southern regions. Expect more movement, more variety, and a stronger sense of true exploration across the archipelago. Some routes require a certain diving level and experience.
Beginner divers can also take advantage of training courses during regular safaris on Maldives Legend – Odyssey, returning home with a new diving certification.
Snorkeling is also available, and dive guides never miss the chance when nurse sharks approach the dhoni. Island visits and land walks add even more variety to the experience.
